Etienne Hightower founded Believers Trucking in 2018, drawing on more than 20 years of leadership and public service experience. As Believers Trucking grew into a successful transportation company, Mr. Hightower witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by truck drivers and their families, inspiring him to establish Trucker Down, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing emergency assistance, CDL scholarships, career development, mentorship, and workforce support to drivers and their families nationwide.
